The estimated time for completion and testing of your website will be detailed in your contract. For this timescale to be accurate and adhered to we rely on you, our client, to supply documentation, copy and/or approve graphics in a timely manner, according to the timeline we send you as part of the the contract.
For guidance purposes, a simple brochure site can take between 7 and 10 working days. The more advanced the site however, the longer the process can take.
We are fully conscious that project deadlines are extremely important and we will always do our very best to ensure that each and every project is delivered before the deadline.
Optik Web Creative can accept no responsibility for project over runs where client deadlines are not met, or where the client makes significant changes to the project brief once work has begun.
Despite being a possibly new name to you, our team have over 30 years of design and development experience. The Optik Web Creative team, have designed websites ranging from simple brochure sites through to very complex eCommerce sites with thousands of products.
We are based in the UK, and use only our own developers, we will never pass your website out to a subcontractor to design and develop, this way we maintain our exceptional Quality Control. If we need to have specialist development to add extra functionality to a module or plugin, we will, of course, work with the original developers of that item to ensure upgrade compatibility.
